Check-out from the chalet is at 10:00 AM, and the arrival time is set for 4:00 PM.

Marine, who welcomes you at the chalet, will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange the final details and provide you with the access code.

The WHA chalet provides you with 3 sizes of bath towels, 1 poncho, as well as slippers and bath mats. In the kitchen, dish towels are provided.

You can indeed request mid-week cleaning. The service is charged. Price on request.

You have all the necessary cleaning and maintenance products available. Also, basic food items such as oil, salt, pepper, ground coffee, tea/infusion, and a few coffee pods are provided to start your stay. A roll of toilet paper is available in each of the 6 toilets.

Two options for making coffee:
- Magimix high-capacity coffee maker with ground coffee – provided to start your stay.
- Nespresso coffee maker – pods provided to start your stay.

We provide: plastic dishes and bibs, a booster seat, a travel cot with a night light, a changing mattress, a toilet reducer, a ring, a bath mat, a thermometer, and bath toys.
We can also equip the chalet with safety gates to help avoid the stress that stairs can cause when you have little ones!

By car, it takes you less than 5 minutes to reach the heart of the village.
In summer, a very pleasant path, away from the road, takes you there on foot in 30 minutes.
There is a very practical shuttle system since the stop is right next to the chalet.

The Étale ski area is less than a 4-minute walk (120 m). At the base of the Étale chairlift, you can purchase the lift passes.
The other slope – that of l’Aiguille via the Combe des Juments – is accessible on foot in less than 6 minutes (400 meters). The two slopes are connected by the Transval, a cable car converted into a suspended restaurant every Thursday!

During school holidays, children at the beginner (snowflake) and toddler (bear) levels can start ESF lessons at the U’Freddy ski lift, 2 minutes from the chalet. This is only available as private lessons.

The entrance to the chalet is on one level, so it is accessible to persons with reduced mobility. A service lift then allows access to one of the 5 double bedrooms as well as the living area (living room/dining room).
